The Streetsense leasing team saw in Park Potomac the opportunity to create a vibrant neighborhood development in an area that was seriously starved for retail. Before its delivery, there was a tremendous hole in the market. It had great residential, but no great place to shop. Wanting to take advantage of this fact as well as the site’s ideal location and potential drawing power, we created a merchandising strategy that would appeal to the community as well as the broader market.
